David Ellis has over 16 years of experience in the field of Project Management and Business Analysis in the private and public sector projects in the Caribbean and internationally. His experience includes implementing nationwide public sector transformation projects within the region as well as social development initiatives in North America. His academic background includes, a Masters in Business Administration and a Master of Laws. His business acumen include Lean Six Sigma (Green and Black belts), Data Science, Project Management and IT infrastructural development.
I have over 16 years of experience in the business of Change Management and Business Analysis. My academic background includes becoming a University Academic Scholarship recipient and receiving an undergraduate degree in Humanities from the University of the West Indies, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh Napier in Scotland, a Master of Laws from the University of Cumbria, and Doctoral studies in Theology and the foundations of Religion with Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica. My business certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green and Black belts), Data Science and Project Management. My personal accomplishments include gold medals in regional Martial Arts competitions, co-authoring the Physical Activity Guidelines protocol for the Barbadian population and receiving the University of Cumbria's award for Advanced Legal Skills in 2017. I am a member in good standing with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, the International Yoga Federation, the International Kickboxing League and the Association of MBA’s. My passion lies in the optimization of business systems and facilitating effective change within organizations. I believe that a good foundation in International Business Law is an integral component in becoming a competent and well-rounded administrator in today's ever-changing business environment.
